Overview
The goal of this project was to create a clear and alluring experience for prospective Farmers Insurance Rewards Visa customers. I worked with the Farmers Insurance brand team and helped manage a small team at Comenity Bank.

Goal: Bring the Farmers Insurance Rewards Visa to the market highlighting the fundamental benefits to customer.

Develop
As part of the team, I crafted an experience centered around the main product features: 3x points for $1 spent on Farmers products, gas and home improvement, 0% introductory APR, 1,000 annual bonus points, and no annual fee. And to highlight these features, I created a rewards calculator to help customers visualize their statement credit and pique their interest by providing a real time peek into potential benefits.
I also worked with Comenity Bank to optimize the three different user flows: new application, pre-approval, and account management.
Key Features:
Rewards Calculator: Help prospective customers visualize the Farmers Insurance Rewards Visa card savings in a interactive, engaging and informative interface. The calculator gives real-time feedback that doesn't leave the user guessing about their possible statement credit.
Pre-Approved User Flow: In an effort to drive more customer sign ups for the credit card, the pre-approval flow was optimized. And since we already know so much information about the customer, only a few form fields were necessary to apply– entirely streamlining the process.
Deliver
The MVP officially shipped in the Fall of 2015.
